Strong Case Products are warranted to free from defective material and workmanship form date of purchase to original purchaser, when purchased from an authorized TnB Enterprises,Inc. dealer. The Strong Case Limitations Lifetime Warranty covers parts and labors.
TnB Enterprises, Inc. will repair or replace, at its option, any Strong Case or part thereof which is found by TnB Enterprises, Inc. to be defective. See the following for limitations to this warranty.
Warranty Validation
To validate the Strong Case Limitations Lifetime Warranty, the original Purchaser must do the following:
Complete and return the warranty registration card to TnB Enterprises, Inc. within ten (10) days of purchase.
Return your case to TnB Enterprises, Inc. for service if a problem should occur.
Provide proof of purchase with all requests for warranty coverage.
Be responsible for freight transportation to and from TnB Enterprises,Inc.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty is given by TnB Enterprises, Inc, only to the original purchaser of this case. TnB Enterprises,Inc will repair any part or parts that may prove defective under normal use and service during the Warranty Time Period stated. If replacement is deemed necessary, TnB Enterprises, Inc will replace the case with another similar model.
The Warranty does not cover:
Warranty does not cover damage or defects due to alterations, misuse, abuse, excess wear and tear due to extremes of temperature, humidity, accidental or intentional damage, damage in shipping,owner replacement of items, including, but not limited to, parts such as interior foam padding, lock, hinge, handle.
